1. First, upload your photo by going to the Image box on the Order page. Click the 'Choose File' button to locate the photo on your computer, select the file and click upload. When uploading is complete, your photo will appear.
All images must be in JPEG or TIFF format and a minimum of 300 dpi, for optimal quality.
2. Choose an optional visual effect or no effect, for a straight reproduction, from the Visual Effect box. Visual effects are located on the Home page's 'selections' drop down menu.
Many of our effects allow you to vary the color(s). Make sure to indicate any color or design variations you would like in the effect’s variations box.
3. Choose your metal finish and size. Examples are located on the Home page's 'selections' drop down menu.
4. Select an optional acrylic wall frame or none. Frames/mounts are located on the Home page's 'selections' drop down menu.
5. If you have selected a visual effect or have any special instructions, please include all visual effect variations (color, etc.) and/or any additional design instructions in the Effect Variations Instructions box.

Once we have received your order and created a proof of your photo, we will email you information about how to view your proof. As soon as it is available, you will be able to view your proof through your account. At that point, please request any additional changes or ideas regarding your proof. Once approved, we will print your order and ship it based on the shipping option you requested.
